About Rodeo Catering
Rodeo Catering is a new idea born out of a need perceived by Matt Rohdie, owner of Carpe Donut. From the Spanish meaning “round-up”, Rodeo Catering rounds up and serves fabulous well-organized meals featuring dishes made by our in-house chefs and specialty delights made by Charlottesville food artisans. If you need it, we can provide it: Bar services, staffing, tents and more.
This is not his first rodeo!
Matt has been recruiting and training catering teams for 20 years in Charlottesville, and has over 40 years of experience in restaurants and catering.
Since founding Carpe Donut in 2007, Matt has brought stellar service and delightful food to over 3,000 outstanding weddings, company gatherings, and UVA celebrations.
